We usually work under exclusive mandate from our international clients, serving them with a 360 degrees service in order to solve ALL their problems and making their movement to Lugano as smooth as possible. There is a fix fee and a commission based on success acquisition of the property (or based on 5 years renting value).

It includes services as understanding the taste and needs of the client in multiple language (we often work with Russian or English speaking clients). Getting the maximum exposure in the market through newspapers ads and direct requests, always under the shield of our real estate agency with no disclosure of the client's name until the very last stage of the deal.

The fix monthly fee includes 3 local newspaper articles, online marketing, all necessary meeting with the client and a monthly report on the best offers selected for him/her.
The commission on the price paid for the object is then the variable part and includes services as selection of the notary, deal with the seller (option to buy), administrative tasks like asking for residence and ownership permit at Cantonal and town level, concierge service and furniture selection from multiple sources according to the taste of the client. Two of the best private Schools and Colleges in Europe are also based in Lugano and we have all informations and contacts needed to get access.
